I am using this principle for the basics of the diet
I can plug these numbers into myfitnesspal.com and get a good log of what I am eating
I have also linked my fitbit to myfitnesspal so my walking is tracked in the same program.
Cool what technology can do :)

In the end, was not for me. If I saw another egg, or red meat, or protein in front of my, I think I was going to loose my cookies. I started gagging at the food choices... so I guess not my path. Each has their path..... I have seen others (including my husband) do well with the Keto diet. He did say it was getting to him near the end.
