Day 4 Keto Diet

This is Day 4 on the Keto diet.
 So far so good.  Helping with the carb cravings, and reducing the pain in my joints amazingly!!  

Breakfast: 3 Eggs

Lunch: 1 cup Milk and 2 scoops of the Kaizen Whey powder from Costco that has only 2grams of carbs per serving (so that is 4 grams of carbs)

Snacks: 2 cheese sticks, 4 olives stuffed with garlic; 1/4 cup of peanuts

Dinner:  Meat and veggie (like raw red peppers)

Water: I also drink at least 3 litres of water a day 

As I started reading labels for both Gluten and Carbs I have learned a lot (and it's only been a very short period of time).  
 I first went gluten free, and I felt OK.  Reducing the Carbs has really made a difference, fairly quickly.  Even the weight loss has started to kick in.   
Knowing me I will shake up my diet as I experiment more.  It is an adventure, and I am my own lab rat.  Figuring out what works, what doesn't work, what makes me feel good.
It will still be a couple of months of gluten free for the Celiac symptoms to work their way through to resolution.
 I have had so much support it has been great.  All the people with Celiac out there who know my friends have been in contact with tips, recipes, cook book suggestions, sending me pictures of the gluten free food that tastes good.  Complete strangers reaching out, because one of my friends are their friend and they connected us together.
The journey continues!
