Well, the high protein diet worked for a while, but then it started to make me gag (literally).

One morning I made my eggs, the smell and sight of them made my stomach flip and I couldn't face them.  Nor could I face chicken, or steak or beef.  The thought of it made me nauseous.

I have been doing well with eliminating all wheat.  Only one misstep on not reading the ingredient list and had an "ops".

I am going to a dietician on October 9th for some plans and ideas.

I am still using my fit bit (though the battery needs charging today) and myfitness pal.

I do feel much better with out the wheat.
